These supplemental terms cover ReadOS Pro purchases, AI and tool use, connected services, media, and merchant transactions. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.
Your license to use ReadOS is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These ReadOS Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA and applicable mandatory law control.

ReadOS Supplemental Terms
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, purchasing, or using ReadOS, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA and these supplemental Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms, or use ReadOS with authorization from a parent, guardian, employer, or other responsible account holder where required.
2. The ReadOS service
ReadOS is an iPad reading and workspace app. It can open and create local content, run on-device tools, connect to AI providers and remote services you configure, browse websites, and optionally interact with supported merchant services. Features may change as the app, iPadOS, and third-party services evolve.
3. ReadOS Free, ReadOS Pro, and purchases
- ReadOS Free provides the features identified in the app. ReadOS Pro unlocks Readex and other features identified on the purchase screen.
- The annual plan is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Apple may charge your App Store account within 24 hours before renewal.
- The lifetime plan is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the identified features for the purchasing App Store account, subject to continued app and platform availability.
- Prices, currency, taxes, offers, and billing periods are those shown by the App Store at purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Restore eligible purchases using the in-app Restore Purchases action.
- Apple handles billing and refund requests under Apple’s rules. ReadOS does not receive your full payment-card details.
- ReadOS Pro unlocks app functionality only. Fees charged by an AI provider, merchant, network host, or other third party are separate.
4. Your content and connected accounts
You retain your rights in content you import, create, or submit. You grant ReadOS only the permission needed to process that content on your device and send it to a service when you request a connected feature. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, credentials, accounts, and requested operations.
Keep API keys, tokens, passwords, and account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials you add to ReadOS and for promptly revoking compromised credentials with the issuer.
5. AI features and outputs
AI services are supplied by the provider you select. Prompts, relevant context, attachments, and tool results may be sent directly to that provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Provider terms, usage limits, retention, training, and fees apply.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice. Review outputs and source material before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions, publications, code, commands, file changes, orders, and other actions taken with AI assistance.
6. Tools, files, and remote systems
Readex and its tools may create, edit, move, download, or delete files; run commands; access selected workspace context; and connect to remote hosts you configure. Review important actions, maintain appropriate backups, and do not grant access beyond what a task requires. You are responsible for complying with the rules of each remote system.
7. Websites, media, and intellectual property
Website access and media features must be used lawfully and in accordance with website terms, copyright, privacy, and other rights. Download, save, transcribe, transform, or analyze media only when you own it or have permission or another valid legal basis. Do not use ReadOS to bypass DRM, access controls, paywalls, geographic restrictions, or security protections.
8. McDonald’s, Luckin, and merchant transactions
Merchant integrations are optional and off by default. Product, availability, address, price, offer, delivery, payment, and order data is supplied by the merchant. Review order details before payment.
Any food, delivery, pickup, payment, refund, cancellation, or other transaction is between you and the merchant or its payment and delivery partners. ReadOS and Xiufang Wang are not the seller, restaurant, payment processor, courier, or fulfillment provider and do not control merchant performance, food safety, pricing, stock, delivery, refunds, or customer-service decisions.
9. Third-party services
Apple, AI providers, websites, MinerU, merchants, Git or SSH hosts, and other connected services are independently operated. Their terms and privacy policies apply. ReadOS does not guarantee their accuracy, availability, compatibility, security, or continued operation and is not responsible for third-party content or conduct except where law does not permit that limitation.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use ReadOS to:
- violate law, third-party rights, account rules, or service terms;
- access systems or data without authorization;
- distribute malware, interfere with services, or evade security controls;
- deceive others about AI-generated or altered content where disclosure is required;
- place fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive orders or transactions;
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
11. Privacy
The ReadOS Privacy Policy explains local storage, direct transfers to third parties, Keychain and cookie limits, backup behavior, and available controls. By using a connected service, you instruct ReadOS to send the information needed for that service.
12. Availability, updates, and termination
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform changes, or third-party compatibility. You may stop using and delete the app at any time, but deleting the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription; cancel it through your Apple account.
Your right to use ReadOS ends if required by the Apple Standard EULA or if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior actions, remain effective.
13. Warranty and liability
The warranty, maintenance, product-claim, and liability provisions of the Apple Standard EULA apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes, governing terms, and contact
We may revise these Terms when features, purchases, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Governing law and dispute terms are determined by the Apple Standard EULA and any mandatory law that applies to you.
ReadOS 补充使用条款
1. 接受条款与使用资格
下载、购买或使用 ReadOS，即表示你同意 Apple 标准 EULA 和本补充条款。如果不同意， 请不要使用本 App。你必须具备接受本条款的法律行为能力；法律要求时，应取得父母、 监护人、雇主或其他负责账户持有人的授权。
2. ReadOS 服务
ReadOS 是一款 iPad 阅读与工作区 App，可打开和创建本地内容、运行设备端工具、连接 你配置的 AI 与远程服务、浏览网站，并可选择使用受支持的商家服务。功能可能随 App、 iPadOS 和第三方服务变化而调整。
3. ReadOS 免费版、ReadOS Pro 与购买
- ReadOS 免费版提供 App 内标明的功能；ReadOS Pro 解锁购买页标明的 Readex 等功能。
- 年订阅为自动续订订阅。除非你在当前订阅周期结束至少 24 小时前取消， 否则会自动续订；Apple 可能在续订前 24 小时内向你的 App Store 账户扣费。
- 永久买断为一次性 App 内购买，在 App 和平台持续可用的前提下，为购买所用 App Store 账户解锁标明的功能。
- 价格、币种、税费、优惠和计费周期以购买时 App Store 显示为准。请在 Apple 账户设置中 管理或取消订阅，并可使用 App 内“恢复购买”恢复符合条件的权益。
- Apple 根据其规则处理扣费和退款。ReadOS 不接收你的完整银行卡信息。
- ReadOS Pro 只解锁 App 功能；AI 服务商、商家、远程主机等第三方费用另计。
4. 你的内容与连接账户
你保留对导入、创建或提交内容的权利。你只授予 ReadOS 在设备上处理这些内容，以及在你 主动请求连接功能时将其发送给相应服务所需的权限。你确认自己拥有内容、凭据、账户和 所请求操作所需的权利与授权。
请妥善保护 API Key、Token、密码和账户权限。你对使用添加到 ReadOS 的凭据进行的活动 负责；凭据泄露时应及时向签发方撤销。
5. AI 功能与输出
AI 服务由你选择的服务商提供。根据隐私政策，提示词、相关上下文、附件和工具结果可能 直接发送给该服务商。服务商的条款、用量限制、数据保留、模型训练和收费规则适用。
AI 输出可能不准确、不完整、过时或不适合你的用途，不构成医疗、法律、财务、安全或其他 专业建议。依赖输出前应核对来源。你对使用 AI 辅助作出的决定、发布内容、代码、命令、 文件修改、订单和其他行为负责。
6. 工具、文件与远程系统
Readex 及其工具可能创建、编辑、移动、下载或删除文件，运行命令，访问选定工作区上下文， 并连接你配置的远程主机。请复核重要操作、保留适当备份，不要授予超出任务需要的权限， 并遵守每个远程系统的规则。
7. 网站、媒体与知识产权
使用网站和媒体功能时，必须遵守法律、网站条款、版权、隐私及其他权利。只有在你拥有内容、 已获许可或具有其他合法依据时，才可下载、保存、转写、转换或分析媒体。不得使用 ReadOS 绕过 DRM、访问控制、付费墙、地域限制或安全保护。
8. 麦当劳、瑞幸与商家交易
商家集成为可选功能且默认关闭。商品、可用性、地址、价格、优惠、配送、支付和订单数据由 商家提供。支付前请复核订单详情。
食品、配送、自取、支付、退款、取消或其他交易均发生在你与商家或其支付、配送合作方之间。 ReadOS 和 Xiufang Wang 不是卖方、餐厅、支付处理方、配送方或履约方，无法控制商家履约、 食品安全、价格、库存、配送、退款或客服决定。
9. 第三方服务
Apple、AI 服务商、网站、MinerU、商家、Git 或 SSH 主机及其他连接服务均由第三方独立 运营，其条款和隐私政策适用。ReadOS 不保证这些服务的准确性、可用性、兼容性、安全性或 持续运营；在法律允许的范围内，也不对第三方内容或行为负责。
10. 可接受使用
你不得使用 ReadOS：
- 违反法律、第三方权利、账户规则或服务条款；
- 未经授权访问系统或数据；
- 传播恶意软件、干扰服务或规避安全控制；
- 在依法需要披露时隐瞒内容由 AI 生成或修改；
- 创建欺诈、未经授权或滥用性质的订单或交易；
- 侵犯版权、隐私、肖像、保密或其他权利。
11. 隐私
ReadOS 隐私政策说明本地存储、直接向第三方发送数据、钥匙串和 Cookie 边界、备份行为及可用控制。使用连接服务即表示你指示 ReadOS 向该服务发送完成 操作所需的信息。
12. 可用性、更新与终止
因维护、安全、法律合规、平台变化或第三方兼容性需要，我们可能更新、增加、移除、暂停或 终止功能。你可以随时停止使用并删除 App，但删除 App 不会取消有效的 Apple 订阅；请在 Apple 账户中取消。
Apple 标准 EULA 要求终止，或你严重违反本条款时，你使用 ReadOS 的权利将终止。依性质 应继续有效的条款，包括付款义务、免责声明和对既往行为的责任，在终止后继续有效。
13. 保证与责任
Apple 标准 EULA 中关于保证、维护、产品索赔和责任的条款适用。在法律允许的最大范围内， ReadOS 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供，不作额外保证。本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制 的权利与责任。
14. 变更、适用规则与联系
功能、购买或法律要求变化时，我们可能修订本条款。生效日期标识当前版本。适用法律与争议 解决规则由 Apple 标准 EULA 和对你适用的强制性法律确定。
